Canadian recording artist and hip hop sensation Drake released his new album on earlier this month. The new release falls somewhere between a mix tape and an album. There are 22 new songs, with “Passionfruit” being the most popular. The album hit the No. 1 spot, setting records in the US with 385 million song played in its first week. Unlike his previous album releases, this one was made available across streaming services, including Spotify.

His highest-ranking song on the Billboards top 100 is “Passionfruit,” which has a definite Jamaican vibe going on, ranks at number eight. This is no surprise – the popular and sensational artist always comes up with outstanding songs, ones that appeal to the public. Passion Fruit is very similar to his other songs, rhythm- and beat-wise. Although this is the top song of his album, the other songs do not fall short, “Portland” ranked No. 9 and “Fake Love” ranked No.15.
