Conjuring 2 is a perfect sequel to the chilling beginning. It follows the story of the demonologists Lorraine and Ed Warren. The movie opens up with a seance that sets the pace for the whole movie. Lorraine gets a vision about terrible things that are going to happen to them which causes them to lay low. However, at the same time the two receive lashes from the public about being frauds.

The Catholic church pleads for them to help a family in London who is dealing with a demon. Peggy Hodgson tells them about how her family of four has been being harassed by a demon who wants his house back. The youngest daughter shows sign of demonic possession. When the Warren’s try to help, the demon targets them and then they have to battle it to the end.

Conjuring 2 is a chilling sequel that captures the audience and will leave you peeking through your hands. Many characters from the first movie help develop the movie and move it along. The movie, much like the first, is based on a true story of a family in London who dealt with a demonic entity in their home. Conjuring 2 will keep you on the edge of your seat and screaming.
