Texas State Terry Scholarship
To apply, begin with the ApplyTexas Application and select Texas State University as your first-choice University. For the Terry Foundation scholarship, you must submit an admission application, official transcript, official SAT or ACT scores and complete and submit a Texas State scholarship application, including essays for topics B and C. You must submit all documents and be admitted NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 15.

- Demonstrate a record of leadership and service.
- Have strong academic abilities, as evidenced by grades and standardized test scores.
- Have financial need.
- Be attending a Texas high school during the 2015-2016 academic year or be a home-schooled Texas resident.
- Apply for admission to SHSU by January 1
- Apply for financial aid, using the FAFSA, by March 1

UT at San Antonio Terry Scholarship
- Demonstrate a record of leadership and service.
- Have strong academic abilities, as evidenced by grades and standardized test scores.

- Be a citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.
- Using Apply Texas, apply for admission to UTSA, by January 1.
- Apply for financial aid, using the FAFSA, by March 1.
