An incident that has now been labeled as the deadliest attack since 9/11 has been deemed a federal terrorist attack which left eight people dead.

A 29-year-old Uzbekistan native who was living in New Jersey is being charged with providing ISIS with weapons and destruction of motor vehicles and violence. Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov appeared in court in a wheelchair and didn’t enter a plea. President Trump believes this criminal.

“NYC terrorist was happy as he asked to hang ISIS flag in his hospital room. He killed 8 people, badly injured 12. Should get the death penalty!” the President tweeted late Wednesday night. The criminal stated he struck Halloween night because he knew he would injure more civilians on this holiday. His goal was to injure as meaning people as he could with each accident he caused.

The suspect hit a school bus with a truck and proceeded to exit the truck with firearms. Police officers shot the criminal when they noticed the intentions he had. Officials say he has had this attack planned for year, when officials confiscated his phone they found images and videos which withheld isis propaganda.
