Actor Emma Watson recently fell under fire for a photo in Vanity Fair of her in a crochet top with no shirt or bra. Watson was accused by a British radio commentator of being hypocritical in her feminist views. Watson said she was stunned by the vitriol she’s received.
Waston later defended herself, saying that feminism is about giving women choices, as well as about freedom, liberation and equality.
Along with the criticism, though, came plenty of support for the photo shoot, which Watson said she enjoyed thoroughly.
