Melanie McGill is involved in many different activities including FFA, student council, theater and sports. However, her main focus is her animals and sports.

“My two favorite things in life are my dogs and sports,” sophomore Melanie McGill said. “They both make me happy.”

McGill has two dogs and a cat. Her newest addition is an Australian shepherd. It’s name is Maverick and she has had him for almost a year.

“She has the cutest dog,” senior Lauren Pate said. “His fur is so soft and he is always excited.”

McGill plays basketball and softball. She was part of last years basketball team that went all the way to regionals.

“She always plays her hardest,” sophomore A’sia Bradley said. “Even when she isn’t playing, she’s getting everyone fired up.”

At the end of the day, McGill is energetic and always ready for a good time. She spends most of her time with her friends doing crazy things.

“She is always doing crazy things for fun,” senior Lauren Pate said. “I usually video while she goes and does the crazy stuff.”
