Students winning individual awards at bi-district were Katelyn Cannon, Honorable Mention All-Star Cast, Kayla Hutchins, All-Star Cast, Karina Sotelo, All-Star Crew, and Erykah Anderson, Honorbale Mention All-Star Cast.

The One Act Play cast and crew traveled to Huntsville on April 6 to compete in the Bi-District competition. The group performed The Children’s Hour.

Advancing to the Area competition were Leon, Central Heights, and Woodville.

“Bi-District competition was very tough, and even though we didn’t advance to Area, our community would be proud of these students’ performance and sportsmanship,” Director Jill Henson said. “BHS has extremely classy students!”

Kayla Hutchins was named to the All-Star Cast. Honorable Mention All-Star Cast awards went to Katelyn Cannon and Erykah Anderson. Karina Sotelo earned an All-Star Crew award.
