Junior Duck Stamp Contest

Closing Date: February 1, 2018
Description: Contest is open to students in grades K-12 who attend public, private, or home schools in the United States and the U.S. territories. Contestant must draw, paint, or sketch a picture of an eligible North American waterfowl species. Deadline only for Maryland. South Carolina deadline has already passed, but all other states have later deadlines – see website for details.

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years old. Applicant must be pursuing a profession in visual arts and must show an affinity with the classical tradition of Western culture.

Description: Scholarships are open to current full-time or part-time students of a U.S. college or university who are between the ages of 17 and 24 years of age. Applicant must submit one original song with lyrics that are accompanied by whatever instrumentation chosen by the applicant.

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating, minority high school seniors who plan on attending an accredited and approved four-year institution within the United States. Applicant must show leadership potential, dedication to community service, and evidence of financial need.

Hollister Co Anti-Bullying Scholarship Program
Sponsor: National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) Foundation
Amount: $2,500
Closing Date: February 1, 2018
Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors from anywhere in the world with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0. Applicant must submit a response answering a question in regards to bullying, as well as their transcript, recommendation, and a resume.
