Theatre students spent weeks working on props for the Fine Arts Department’s Christmas Showcase. The performances were originally set to be performed live but were soon moved to a virtual showcase. Due to high COVID cases among students and staff, the Christmas Showcase was cancelled when the school moved to asynchronous learning for the last week of the semester.
“I had just been back from doing online school, and I spent the time that I had making background props for the skits the theatre group was going to perform,” sophomore Lindsay Hardin said. “I wish we had been able to show off what we worked on.”
