Three House Democrat committee chairmen are threatening to issue a subpoena for documents in the ongoing battle with the Trump administration and their impeachment inquiry. The chairmen are seeking documents concerning the president’s July phone call with the Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in which Trump allegedly asked for a favor. They also want any records referring to the president’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani.
