The house judiciary committee announced a new investigation into president Donald Trump’s campaign and business. The investigation is a possible preliminary step in the impeachment process.
The committee sent letters to 81 people and groups alerting them of their possible role in the investigation. They have asked the recipients to respond within two weeks.
