FCS students help with bake sale
FCS students spent cooking time last week baking items for a bake sale benefiting Keegyn Schultz, whose dad, Coleman, is a BSH graduate. Keegyn has DiGeorge Syndrome and underwent a lobectomy last month.
“The bake sale was very successful,” Neyland said. “We raised lots of money, and the sponsors sold more than 75 items.”
Neyland, whose students baked and contributed six items, said that she was more than happy to help because she believes it helped teach her students and others that there is still kindness in the world.
