A student advisory committee has been put together to help administration in deciding on issues in the school that directly affect students. Principal Tracy Gleghorn decided to form the committee so that she could get student input in making the campus and activities better for the students.

“The student advisory committee’s primary objective is to help the principal make decisions at school,” Gleghorn said.  “It will help communication between students and the principal”

Students were selected to the committee by volunteering and then being elected to their position. They have already helped plan the bonfire and have discussed upcoming student events during a lunchtime meeting last month.
