Student Spotlight: Jordan Early

Anytime, anywhere; sophomore Jordan Early can be found helping out and volunteering. In the summer, Early is an active member of her church First Baptist. Early helps with youth night on Sundays, as well as children’s church on Wacky Wednesdays.

“Jordan is a great attribution to the church family,” Molly Dittmar said. “When there are so many little kids running around, we need as much help as we can get.”

Early may be quiet in nature, but she works hard in the classroom, and is currently ranked third in her class.

“I work as hard as I can on my grades,” Early said. “My class is really competitive, every grade counts.”

Early also participates in the theatre program. Early is in OAP theatre-tech,  which means that she helps build the set as well as sound and lighting.

“I love to build different things and put stuff together,” Early said. “Theatre is really like a big family to me; everyone is so welcoming and helpful.”

Although Early is very busy with school work and various activities, she makes sure to keep her family as a priority.

“I love my family so much,” Early said. “We are all pretty hilarious which makes life really interesting.”
