Queen B joins the CPR scene

Nadia Garcia

People always knew Queen B’s music would save a live or few, and thanks to New York Presbyterian Hospital our suspicion has been confirmed. By trying to help first responders in hands-only CPR, the New York hospital dropped a playlist that consisted of 40 songs from numerous artist like Beyonce.

On the hospital’s public site it gives people a list of steps to follow to perform CPR. Furthermore, there is an important number people must remember, which is 100. Which is the amount of compressions one must give per minute. Now here is where the playlist comes to play.  Every song consist of bumping at 100 beats-per-minute, which helps for timing compressions.
