U.S. military preps for migrant crisis

The U.S. Military is preparing for a wave of immigrants from the Caribbean as a part of a month-long training drill at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The exercise is called  Operation Integrated Advance and is scheduled to last the whole month of March. The drill involves over 400 troops. The military has kept the operation secret and is denying the media access.

The reason for the drill is to prep for a migrant crisis at which point thousands of Cubans and other immigrants cross the ocean to the United States. It is not known if the drill is related to the increase in deportation of illegal immigrants due to the Trump administration.
