Billie Eilish hits perfect note

Billie Eilish, a young and very talented artist, released a new album on March 29: When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go. The album contains 14 songs; four of those were released before the album. All the songs were recorded in her brother Finneas O’Connell’s home studio.

Her biggest hit on the album is Bad Guy, which was number 1 on the Billboard for 19 weeks. The When We All Fall Asleep tour had 66 shows, all of which were sold out. Inspired by Eilish’s frequent bad dreams and nightmares, the album balances dark compulsions with grim lyrics. Eilish’s feathery vocals move into a deep, grisly bass, a bone-shaking bass. Her voice is filled with despair as she sings “Please don’t try to kiss me on the sidewalk/On your cigarette break/I can’t afford to love someone/Who isn’t dying by mistake in Silver Lake.”

I’m a huge fan of Billie Eilish, and this album was amazing. Most teenagers would enjoy this album. Some of the songs are too sentimental for anyone under 14, but most of the other songs are good for any age.
