Don’t waste time on dull comedy

Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon co-star in the R-rated comedy The Spy Who Dumped Me. The film, directed by Susanna Fogel, was released July 25, 2018. Other stars in the film include Sam Heughan, Ivanna Sakhno, Justin Theroux and Gillian Anderson, among others.

Kunis plays Audrey, a woman who has been dumped by her boyfriend Drew, a secret agent, through text message. Kate McKinnon plays Audrey´s loyal and impulsive best friend, Morgan. The two of them find themselves on chaotic spy adventure that makes them travel all over Europe.

Many critics have found this film as non-comical (more like filler), tacky, not family friendly, and vulgar.  Critics have not been encouraging – out of four stars, it received a 2.5-star rating.

When I watched this movie, I did not enjoy it at all. It is tacky, vulgar, and a failure at comedic attempts. This movie was 120 minutes of boredom. I’d avoid this one.
