Choreography stands out in “Black Panther”

Black Panther is a movie in which T’Challa(Chadwick Boseman), inherits the throne of Wakanda from his father, King T’Chaka(John Kani). As he inherits the throne from his father, he finds out that he had a hidden cousin, Erik Killmonger(Michael B. Jordan).

The relationships in this movie are amazing. I quite enjoyed the relationship between T’Challa and his sister, Shuri. Their brother and sisterly bond made me feel that I was there and that’s exactly what a good movie should do.

I really loved T’Challa. He was an amazing protagonist. His emotional struggles were amazing.Having to cope with finding out he had been lied to his whole life and had a cousin he never knew about. It felt extremely real and felt like Marvel really gave this film thought, perhaps even a little more thought than they give with their other films.

Now let’s address the villain, Killmonger. Killmonger is the cousin of the Black Panther. He was a soldier in the military and every time he killed someone he would cut into his skin, all Victor Zsasz-like, which gave him an amazing appearance. The character development in the movie made me genuinely start feeling for him.

The fight choreography was beautiful. The fighting was the best I’ve seen in any movie. The team trained a lot to do these fight scenes. I would probably watch the movie several more times just for the fights.
