Former president criticizes Trump’s security decision

Former President Jimmy Carter criticized President Trump’s decision to appoint John Bolton as the national security advisor. Carter called it, “maybe one of the worst mistakes that President Trump has made since he’s been in office.” Many people did not understand Carter’s hostility towards Bolton. When reporters asked him, he described Bolton as a “war-like figure” and says that he has been advocating starting a war with North Korea for a long time and promoting an attack on Iran. If Trump keeps Bolton as his national security advisor, it will spell international trouble for the United States.
