As of October 16, while recovering from hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico had another natural disaster attack.
A river outside San Juan has turned into a mudslide and began to pick up remains from Hurricane Maria. A normal mudslide would be no problem, but this one was strong enough to destroy a bridge and a neighborhood of people who had already survived the hurricane.
