“It” a terrorizing horror film

It a terrorizing horror film

You’ll float, too.

The famous words from the onscreen movie known as It: Chapter One, a 2017 American horror film, is the talk of horror lovers this September. The 2017 version is a remake based on the 1986 novel by Stephen King.

The film tells the story of seven children in Derry, Maine, who are terrorized by a clown known as Pennywise the dancing clown, as well as being terrorized by their own demons in the process. Pennywise is a symbol of fear and known as “It,” who shifts shape to what one fears.

The film stars the two main characters: Bills Skarsgard as “It,” or Pennywise the dancing clown, and Jaeden Lieberher who plays the role of Billy, which is the main young boy who has to overgo fear. It was theatrically released in the United States on September 8, 2017 and has already grossed $185 million worldwide.

It is scary but corny at the same time. The main terrorizing character is Pennywise the clown, so depending on one’s fear of clowns, Pennywise the clown can cause great fear or simply appear silly. For example, there are multiple scenes where Pennywise is cracking jokes or dancing, and these scenes are found to be childlike.

It: Chapter One is a must see. Although there are sections of the movie that may come off childlike; the majority of the movie will keep you well interested. By watching “It” you will be in for a scary but memorable ride filled with terrorizing scenes.
