Kat Stratford (Julia Stiles) is a beautiful, smart girl, but quite different from most of the other teenage girls. that meaning she doesn’t really attract boys. Her younger sister, Bianca (Larisa Oleynik) attracts many boys, but is never allowed to hang out with them. House rules are that she can’t date until Kat has a boyfriend. So Bianca pulls strings to set Kat up with a  guy. Soon enough Kat crosses paths with handsome new arrival Patrick Verona (Heath Ledger).

Larisa Oleynik is an American actress. She is known for starring in the title role of the children’s television series The Secret World of Alex Mack during the mid-1990s. Her mother Lorraine is a former nurse, and her father was an anesthesiologist.

This is my favorite movie of all time. The acting is perfect, and the story is a great drama film. I would definitely add this to your watch list.
